Academic Session Examination
Promotion to the next class will be granted only on the basis of the performance and behaviour of the student throughout the year. Promotions once refused will not be reconsidered. The decision of the Principal in this regard shall be final. Admission in class XI will also be given on the basis of percentage in Board exam and behaviour of the student in class IX and X subject to availability of seats.
The school session is from April to March.
 
Pre-Nursery, Nursery, K.G., 1st & 2 Class Practice Test/ Revision Test will be held every week for every subject (No formal Examination)
 
Examination from class III to XII:
FIRST TERM (April-Sep)
 
-1st Unit Test
:
2nd Week of May
-1st Term exam.(Half Yearly) SECOND TERM
:
2nd Week of September
-2 Unit Test
:
3rd Week of December
-2 Term Exam.(Annual)
:
2nd Week of March
and revision test shall be held round the year whenever is essential.

Fee is to be deposited quarterly.
Fee should be deposited latest by 10th of April, 10th of July, 10th Oct. & 10th Jan. for      1st, 2nd , 3rd & 4th Quarters.
Late fee of Rs.5/- a day will be levied from due date up to next 15 days, after 15      days the name of the defaulting student will be struck off the rolls. Such Students     are suppose to pay full readmission fee.
Parents can deposit the fee for whole year at one time. In case of transfer, fee of    remaining quarters will be refunded.
Parents are requested to keep the fee receipts safe with them & produce them    whenever required.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE TO PARENTS
 
GUARDIANS ARE EARNESTLY REQUESTED TO REMEMBER AND
FOLLOW THE GIVEN DIRECTIONS STRICTLY AND REGULARLY
To see that their wards are neatly dressed in the appropriate School Uniform        according to the specification given by the school in regard to the colour,    material and pattern and ensure that their wards regularly attend their classes.
To check the school diary of their wards and ensure that the home works     assigned are done without failure.
To ensure that their wards are properly equipped with all the required text books,     stationery and other required materials.
To send proper leave application signed by them giving proper reason for leave. giving proper reason for leave.
Parents are requested to keep the fee receipts safe with them & produce them    whenever required.
Not to enter the classroom or interview any teacher without first obtaining the permission of the Principal.
Avoid criticising the teachers and the school in front of their children, as such     criticisms are counterproductive and harmful to their wards.
To be prompt in clearing the dues of their wards within the stipulated time, read     payment rules carefully.
To respond to the school communications and be active participants in the  education of their children.
To remind and guide their wards to strictly adhere to all the rules and regulations     of the school. The same has been given in the students' diary and time to time    circulated to them.
